House of Mind: The Neuroscience Behind Near Death... →
houseofmind:
So today I found a neuroscience review dealing with a far-out topic: the neuroscience underlying near death experiences (NDE) and other “paranormal” phenomena such as experiences seeing bright lights, meeting the dead or being convinced that you are dead.
According to Mobbs and Watt (2011),…
I'm 23 and I have lots of joint pain.
Oh my god, my knees. I don’t remember the last time they were this painful when I was just lying down.

And then I’ll move. Goodbye San Jose, goodbye tutoring gig. Hello Future?
However, the steps to get to this...

Canadian Gov.'t Dissolves Every Same-Sex Marriage... →
stfuconservatives:
Thousands of Americans have gone to Canada over the past few years to get married. As of today, their marriages are nullified, thanks to conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
Dan Savage is one of the people whose marriage was unceremoniously dissolved last night.
